Exclusive Sneak Peek of our new Heritage Square Restaurant Lease Listing, before it formally goes on the market…

Iconic Heritage Square Restaurant Lease Listing

Photography by Simon Bowen – The Silva House Commercial Restaurant for Lease in Heritage Square

We are pleased to announce our new listing in Downtown Phoenix. This rare commercial restaurant property is now available for lease. Ideally situated on Heritage Square, the Silva House is currently home to the Rose and Crown Pub and is located on 7th Street and Adams.

The Silva House is a neighbor to the Science Center, Sports Arenas, and the Convention Center. Energetic Downtown hosts many events. As a result, the high pedestrian foot traffic into the Heritage Square comes from functions happening in the Convention Center, the museums, or the Talking Stick Arena.

Despite its compact size — a bar, a few tables, and an adjoining party/dining room — the warm wood, and low light,  patrons will get familiar with each other fast. In addition to the warm interior of the restaurant, there is a covered patio area. Sitting outside under the covered patio, drinking crafted cocktails or creative appetizers would be both relaxing and fun as the night wears on. In addition, there is a robust kitchen and full bar.

About Heritage Square

Photography by Simon Bowen- Heritage Square is the ideal location for an iconic restaurant.

Built in 1900, Heritage Square is a striking reminder of the city’s vibrant Victorian past. It is located on Block 14 of the original townsite of Phoenix.

Most importantly, history lovers will appreciate the Rosson House Museum- Heritage Square’s crowning jewel. It is a fully-restored 1895 Queen Anne Victorian house museum which interprets the history of Phoenix. Tours of the house include all living areas and offer visitors a glimpse into the lifestyles of early Phoenix families. However, foodies  come to Heritage Square to eat great food under the shade trees or in the warmth of the restaurants. While the trees give a sense of nature, the Square let us take a moment away from the busy city.

If you would like to become a part of the history of Heritage Square or have any questions, please contact us.

Heritage Square and Science Park is operated in conjunction by the Heritage Square Foundation (a 501c-3 non-profit organization) and the City of Phoenix Parks and Recreation Department and is owned by the City of Phoenix.
