METRO REALTY  provides DEVELOPER SALES, MARKETING & CONSULTING SERVICES. We conduct business throughout the entire Phoenix Metropolitan area and have experience in the high growth areas near the light rail system, downtown Phoenix, the West Side, and employment hubs.

We have built special relationships downtown required to enhance marketability and community life for any project of any size.

METRO REALTY  can provide complete residential and commercial sales and marketing services and in-depth consultation services for the full project development cycle. We fulfill all Arizona Department of Real Estate, (“ADRE”) brokerage requirements. Our consulting services can include architectural reviews, with an emphasis on floor plans, upgrades, options and amenities. In addition, we attend marketing, PR, and community relations meetings as well as participating in applicable architectural, design, construction and variance meetings.

Event Services

Although typical customer lifestyle events range from simple cocktail parties to grand opening events, we will develop a tour encompassing all the nearby amenities. This will allow people to experience what residing at your particular development will be like. This will be an integral portion of our sales program. Many of our event services will be catered by local dining venues, especially those local unique restaurants that are full of charm and character.

We educate people on all the exciting events currently happening in and around the development. We cover everything from entertainment, education, theatre, business, museums, government development, medical and special events. We find this an essential element in helping people make the decision to live at your development.

Marketing Services

METRO REALTY will utilize the existing sales and marketing materials and work with your current advertising, marketing and PR firm.
The following are brief summaries of some of our projects in which we have been involved:

Tapestry on Central is a seven story mid-rise with 280 luxury residential condos and 17,500 square feet of retail/commercial space. METRO REALTY phx was the exclusive listing agent for the developer, Gibralt Capital located in Vancouver, B.C. Residential condos range in price from $165,000 to over $900,000. We were able to sell 100% of the retail/commercial condos in less that 30 days upon listing.  METRO REALTY operated and staffed the Tapestry on Central Sales Center seven days per week as well as directed all marketing activities.

Orpheum Lofts is located in the heart of Copper Square and is one of the few restored historical buildings in downtown Phoenix. It consists of 90 high end luxury condos and approximately 11,500 square feet of retail/commercial space. METRO REALTY phx was hired by the developer, TASB, LLC out of Denver, CO to sell the retail/commercial space and the entire residential penthouse floor. Upon completion of the retail sales, we were subsequently retained by the various investment owners to lease their respective retail units, which we did for $33 to $35 per square foot plus NNN originally. Dennis Kolodin is an executive board member on the Orpheum Lofts Homeowners association. Dennis Kolodin is a Manager and Member of Orpheum Investments, LLC, which owned three of the retail commercial units.

Landmark on Central is located at Camelback and Central Avenue on one of the major light rail stops with one of the largest park/ride lots. It is a 17 story high-rise with ~300 urban style condos and 12,000 square feet of retail/commercial space, where we sell and lease retail/commercial real estate for the owner Landmark on Central, LLC. Dennis Kolodin is a Member and Manager of this LLC. METRO REALTY phx also represents numerous individuals with their residential condominium sales and leasing at Landmark.
